Beatboxing
Two things that I simply do not get about beatboxing:
How to make the sound of a kick-drum. Mine sounds like this: Pfftthhllbtfff.
How not to asphyxiate. Do you have to circular breathe like Wynton Marsalis or Rolf Harris?

The Twitter feed of the NASA’s Phoenix Mars Lander is utterly charming. If I had a young child, and said child had a mobile phone, they would be getting wonderful and educational text messages from the Mars Lander itself, and we would delight in them together.
I mean come on; his Bio is “I dig Mars.”
He means literally!

Typo Hunt Across America →
There are billions of websites documenting typos, punctuation errors, and grammatical mistakes out “in the wild”, but this one is the only one I’ve seen where they also take CORRECTIVE action. Sometimes in a guerilla stylee.
It’s strangely charming, in a pedantic sort of way.

– Continuing the theme of the day (which is Programmers That Are Better Writers Than Most Writers), I note that Textism, which took a looong hiatus, is now back. “Fucknozzle” is my new favourite swearword, but the PG-rated entries are just as good.

It’s possibly worse than reading the comments on YouTube, which is not something I thought I would ever write.
Also, hilarious.
