I would definitely start using the interrobang if it always looked like this. In fact, I might start writing it like that by hand.

Although, when I’m typing out the two symbols separately, which I do quite a lot, (because I am so awesome?!) I much prefer to put the question mark before the exclamation point. I think it looks better that way, and also makes more syntactic sense. (Because I think of it being a question that is also happens to be an exclamation, rather than vice versa. Do you see?!)
